BLUE CHEESE DRESSING

Prep and Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
•    4 oz blue cheese crumbled
•    1/2 cup low fat yogurt
•    1 cup low fat buttermilk
•    1 TBS fresh lemon juice
•    1/2 tsp fresh thyme
•    salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1.    Blend all ingredients except blue cheese in blender and blend until smooth.
2.    Add blue cheese and pulse 2-3 times.
Serves 8
