CARING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAVE H1N1 (SWINE FLU)

If someone in your family is diagnosed with H1N1, don’t be panic.
The H1N1 flu is still a flu virus — so rest, relaxation, and drinking plenty of fluids should be at the top of the treatment list.
We all should be aware of some considerations:
Younger kids who have 5 years as well as older people should ask their doctor for an antiviral medicines which can prevent symptoms from worsening.
Follow general care measures (as using tissues when coughing, washing hands always specially before touching your nose or eyes) for limiting the flu from spreading.
Be aware of swine flu  symptoms which are fever (100º F or 37.8º C or above) plus any one or more of the following:
Cough
Sore throat
Runny or stuffy nose
Body aches
Chills
Fatigue
Diarrhea
Vomiting
Also a common symptom is lake of activity and loss of appetite with a temperature not below the 39 ⁰ c is observed in all swan flu cases.
Anyone who has these symptoms must see his doctor, and don’t be panic, there is a cure for this virus.
Stay at home and don’t go out to prevent the spread of the virus.
