1-Luminous: The luster is a combination of bright light outside and a deep-seated. The luster of a pearl of good quality should be bright and not dull. You should be able to see your own reflection clearly on the surface of a pearl.Any pearl that appears too white, dull or chalky indicates poor quality.

2-SURFACE: This criterion takes into account the absence of stains, dents or cracks that distort the homogeneity of the surface of a pearl. The more the surface is smooth over the pearl is quality.

3-FORM: Since cultured pearls are developed by oysters that are living beings, it is rare to find perfectly round pearls. However, over the pearl is round, the more it is sought. The baroque pearls are asymmetrical in their forms, they can be bright and attractive and are often less expensive than round pearls well.

4-COLOR: Cultured pearls offer a variety of colors ranging from pearly white to white to reflect very slightly pink to almost black, with multiple variants of intermediate shades. The color choice really depends on personal taste, his complexion, her wardrobe and other jewelry in her possession.

5-SIZE: Cultured pearls are measured by their diameter in millimeters. It may be less than one millimeter called “grain” and up to twenty millimeters for South Sea pearls. Over the pearl is, the more it is worth. However, these are the pearls of 7 to 7.5 mm are most common on the market.

6 – MOTHER OF PEARL: The Mother of Pearl is the substance that the mollusk secretes to protect its sensitive flesh against irritants such as shell fragments or implanted beads. It’s the same iridescent material that constitutes the inner surface of oyster shells, also called mother-of-pearl.In general, the more mother of pearl is thicker, the pearl is high quality.

Apply some floral adhesive to the bottom of candleholders, and then insert them into the foam. Make sure that they are perfectly straight. Floral adhesive stabilizes the candleholders so that you can change candles easily in the future.

3) Insert flowers:

Insert red flowers: one flower on the left side, one on the right side. Also insert two on the back and two on the front; in an asymmetric way. Don’t forget to put a little bit of floral adhesive in the tip of each stem of flower to fix it well.

Then, insert purple flowers: two on each side, but one sitting high and one sitting low.

Then, insert the four candles in a reciprocal way, one red then one purple and so on.

4) Insert lavender stems first in the holes between flowers so that they lay in all different angles and be higher than flowers.

Insert the ferns so that they lay in different angles, the longer sitting down and the shorter sitting high. then insert the berries……..now your bouquet is ready to use!

The tangy sauce is a great complement to the flavor of the salmon and it only takes minutes to prepare. Enjoy!

Prep and Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
• 1 ½ lbs salmon filets, skin and bones removed, cut into 4 pieces
• ½ medium sized onion, chopped
• 2 medium cloves garlic, chopped
• 2 TBS + 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 ½ cups fresh orange juice
• 1 tsp fennel seed
• 2 TBS minced fresh parsley, or if you have it, green fennel tops
• salt & white pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler to high and place a stainless steel or cast iron skillet under broiler for about 10 minutes to get very hot.
2. Chop onions and garlic and let sit for 5minutes to enhance their hidden health-promoting properties.
3. While skillet is heating, place chopped onion, garlic, fennel seeds, lemon juice, and orange juice in a shallow, wide saucepan and cook on high heat for about 10-15 minutes to reduce to half the volume.
4. Season salmon pieces with 2 tsp lemon juice, salt and pepper and place on hot pan from broiler. Return pan to broiler (approximately 5-7 inches from heat) and broil salmon for about 7 minutes depending on thickness (10 minutes per inch of thickness). Do not turn, as salmon is cooking on both sides at once.
5. Remove salmon from pan, and place on platter. Season citrus sauce with salt and pepper and strain liquid over salmon. Discard rest. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
Serves 4

Why? There is more than one reason:

. The iodized salt we use at home doesn’t contain the sufficiency iodine level which is stated on the container by manufacturer; because iodine is volatile and it must be kept in dry and a cool place. And that doesn’t happen from the time which the salt is produced. And for the processed food or restaurant food, they don’t often use iodized salt.

. The milk produced these days undergoes different production process which destroys most of the iodine content, because they use now another methods to disinfect cow milk such as antibiotics instead of iodine and in addition they use less iodine in cows feed supplement.

. Another source of iodine was the bread; where bakeries used iodized based for a long shelf time but now; they use bromated base.

So, what happens when iodine level is too lower?

Everyone is aware that iodine is required to produce thyroid hormones, so if levels are too low people suffer hypothyroidism. This is one reason the incidence of clinical and subclinical hypothyroidism affects 10-15% of the population, especially women. And consequently, that’s may contribute to obesity, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), psychiatric disorders, and fibromyalgia.

And for pregnant women this is too dangerous because it may affect fetuses and children lead to impaired mental development.

Research has now shown an increased incidence of fibrocystic breast disease and breast cancer.

So, we have to take an iodine supplement and increase eating food containing iodine like:

Concentrated food sources of iodine include sea vegetables, yogurt, cow’s milk, eggs, strawberries and mozzarella cheese. Fish and shellfish can also be concentrated sources of iodine.

When woman earns more money from her work; her partner worries about the future because most of men consider their main role in the life is earning money and spent it on their families.
So, when the woman earns more money, the man wants to be sure that he shines in his own area and we mean here the bedroom area!
Men say that they want to be the one in an area that no one can compete with him; and they want to make this to satisfy their wife who working hard for them, as a way to appreciate and reward her.
Other men don’t want to earn less money than their wives, for them when women earn more this is threat and may be jealous. They like to be always the controller; they don’t want reversal roles and never want to be displaced. They are afraid that their wives don’t take their approval on each thing they do and to become independent financially and emotionally; for them to be financially controller means that their wives will always be in need to them.
For men, it’s a matter of self image and control. But for women, it’s a kind of success for their selves.

All women dream of a great healthy smooth skin like children. And to have such skin, you have to care about few tips:

1.	Your skin is a mirror for your health. That’s means that you have to eat healthy foods containing minerals, vitamins and/or take a supplement of them, in order to help skin functioning well because it’s your 1st defense line against all external factors like microbes, dryness,…etc.

2.	You have to define your skin type (dry, normal, oily or combined skin):

dry skin has no oily secretions that you can observe, normal skin is not oily but not dry, oily skin is greasy in all face area and can suffers from acnes a, while combined skin has oily secretion only in the T-ZONE “the front, nose and chin”.

3.	Use a suitable soap free cleanser for your skin especially your face (because it’s sensitive), then apply the tonic which will help you to clean your face pores deeply.

4.	Now the important step which is the moisturizing cream in case of dry and normal skin or the moisturizing gel in case of oily and combined skin, which help you, maintain the water balance of your skin.

5.	Use an anti aging serum (if you are in need to it), the serum is more power full than other forms. Look for one which contains anti-oxidant like vit.C.

6.	Use a scrub once weekly to peel off dead cells out from your skin. This step help you skin to breathe and renew itself.

7.	Retinoid: using it helps in refining face lines, wrinkles and even can reverse the effect of U.V.rays. Look for Retin A or Renova and not Retinol as it’s less power full

8.	Apply a suitable mask to your face once weekly to refresh your skin.

9.	Don’t forget to apply your sun block before going out, and make sure that you use the suitable SPF degree. Try to use a physical one instead of a chemical sun block as it don’t need to be re-applying each 2-3 hours.

10.	The last tip you should take care of, is sleeping well at least 6-8 hours at night.
