HOW TO DO THE PEDICURE YOURSELF?

People take on average 10,000 steps in a day, enough to circle the planet four times in a lifetime. Pedicure is an elegant treat for those poor feet.
Doing the pedicure yourself at home has many benefits: it’s cheaper, more hygienic, and you can do it at any times. It’s so easy too, just undergo these few steps:
1. Put your feet or your hands in a warm water for at least 30 minutes, it’s more better to add some salts like dead sea salts or French sea salts or algae salts or some effervescent powder to help relief feet skin and purifying them from dirt and toxins and giving it some refreshment and it also has a disinfectant effect.
2. Take one foot out the water apply to it an exfoliating cream or a scrub to help you easily remove dead cells.
3. Using a foot file or basaltic mineral pumice scrubs your foot well.
4. Use a stainless steel file and a razor only if you have corns or callous, if not don’t use it, otherwise you’ll hurt your feet.
5. Use a cuticle nipper to remove excess cuticle. Take care don’t push cuticle too hard not to hurt yourself.
6. Use either a straight or curved clipper to cut toenails easily and precisely.
7. Using a  nail file to clean ,smooth and  buffer your toenails
8. Now you are ready to apply your manicure!
