Some factors that affect your skin health
Your skin type is controlled by your genes and hormones, something that you have no control over.
Although, there are some factors you should take it in consideration in order to have a shinny, healthy and glamorous skin, like:
• Drinking at least 8 cups of water daily, as water balance is very important to keep your skin moisturized.
• Eat a very well diet rich in vitamins, and anti-oxidants like: broccoli, carrots, berries, cereals, etc..
• Using Retinoids.
• Do enough aerobics and flexibility work outs to increase the blood circulation to your skin.
• Have a regular skin care regimen including a good moisturizer that keeps water balance in your skin.
• Sleep for at least 6-8 hours at night.
• If you are pregnant or a lactating mother, you have to take a multi-vitamins formula to compensate those which are depleted from your body.
• If you are still have problems with your skin, consult you doctor
