WORST HABITS CAUSING YOUR BACK PAIN

1. The improper posture in your setting cause a back pain and which worsen the case is that if you don’t use your back muscle it will be weaker. Sitting at 135 degree from time to time will relief the pain, make it when you pick up a phone call.
2. Driving for a long time cause back pain and shoulder pain. Make sure that you are sitting at a 90 degree, this will relief the pain.
3. Standing too much while cooking for example cause back pain; make sure to raise one of your legs on a step while you are standing.
4. Sitting too much in front of your computer cause back pain; make sure to raise one of your legs on a step while you are sitting.
5. Eating fast foods, high doses of caffeine, hydrogenated oils. so eat more fruits and vegetables and homemade food
6. Carrying a too heavy bag on your shoulder causes severe back pain.
7. Choose a suitable mattress for your bed; not too hard or too squishy. Also, take an appropriate posture while sleeping; put a pillow between your legs if you are sleeping on your side, or a small pillow under you back if you are sleeping on your back, or a small pillow beneath your stomach and hips if you are sleeping on your belly.
8. Wearing non suitable shoes can cause severe back pain; wearing a 3 cm height of shoes is the best for your back health as height heels or flat shoes are so harmful.
9. When getting off from your bed; always sleep on your side then get off from bed; don’t do that when you are lying on your back.
